Week 13 folks...last chance to make it into the playoffs.  Four teams have already secured their place at the top of the fantasy food chain while the bottom feeders fight it out for the remaining scraps.  Enough foreplay, lets get to it.

Timmy (8-4) @ Steve (8-4) –30

I’m coming off back to back 300+ point weeks and cruising into the playoffs.  Honestly, I’m not worried about this game.  I’m even thinking about benching some of my starters cause they told me they were feeling a little banged up.  Honestly, I’d rather face Keith (1 300+ game all season) then Bill (4 300+ games).  By the way I lead the league with 6 300+ games (bow down my loyal subjects).  Being this game means nothing and Tim already gave me the win in his prediction post I’m not going into depth here.

Pick: Steve

Johnny (5-7) @ Billy (9-3) –45

Dear John,

I love ya pal.  But we need to stop hearing about how Ahman was a game time decision and got you no points a few times.  You were starting and injury prone veteran on a terrible team.  Did you really expect him to be dependable when he was your 15th round draft pick?  Yeah, I looked that up.  Also, your average point total in losses was 251 while your average in wins was 296.  You need to manage and be more consistent.

<3 Steve

Once again this game doesn’t mean much.  I realistically cant catch Billy in the points race for the bye and Johnny failed in the jaffe outreach, touch-a-jew, program.  I’d say the most interesting battle in this game is who’s going to win the regular season moves match-up.  These two are currently knotted up at 37.  Far below Billy’s typical average of 973,000.

Pick: Johnny

Phil (0-12) @ Keith (10-2) –100

That’s the last time I have to put Phil into one of these.  Later dude.

Pick: Keith

Jaffe (1-11) @ Matt (6-6) –100

Peace out Jaffle.

GAME OF THE WEEK

Nick (6-6) @ Steveo (7-5) –45

It all comes down to this ladies and germs.  The whole playoff picture will be forged by this match-up…of epic proportions.  Steveo comes in winning his last 3 while the nose diving Nick team has lost four straight while starting the hottest QB (Romo) and WR (Ocho Cinqo) in the NFL over that stretch…cruel world.  Steveo is feelin good about his first round draft pick (Alexander) comin back in a big way on Monday night with over 200 yards.  He’s also starting Grossman this week who has struggled of late but hopes to find the remedy against the 31st ranked pass defense (Vikings) this week.  Throw in the best WR in the league (A. Johnson) and Steveo seems geared up for a playoff run.  Nick’s team is limping to the finish line.  He’s especially thin at RB, starting Edge (3 TDs this season), Carnell Williams (1 TD this season) and Corey Dillon who has all but lost the starting duties to Mahroney.  He’s also got Stallworth at WR but with no Mcnabb to get him the ball I think he’s useless.  I see a Steveo birth in the playoffs and Matt roundin out the picture while my prophecy is confirmed.
